Our minimum Fee is £45.00 or 9% of the full Rental Value per month, which ever is the greater.

Our minimum Fee is £55.00 or 12% of the full Rentaable Value per month, which ever is the greater.

For a HMO - House in Multiple Occupation, the fee is 10% of total rentable value per month.

Collection of Rents & monthly statements issued.
Pursue non-payment of Rents & advise what actions to take.
Undertake full property Inspections every 4 months with written report.
To instruct approved contracted when necessary or needed to carry out works.
Tenants with any issues contact us direct and we will deal with those issues on your behalf were possible.
Visiting the property if/when a problem arises.

End of tenancy signing out and collection of property keys
